Area Sales Manager - South UK

Physical Security & Access Control

£45,000-£55,000 basic

£15,000+ uncapped OTE (paid monthly)

Company car or £500/month allowance

We're partnering with a long-established UK manufacturer of gates, barriers, turnstiles, bollards and integrated access control solutions. With 20+ years of market presence, strong repeat business and major investment in growth, they're expanding across the South.

This is a newly created territory role with genuine autonomy. You'll take ownership of the Southern region, driving new business and building a robust sales pipeline. From first engagement to contract award, you'll control the full sales cycle - and retain the accounts you win to build long-term recurring revenue.

You'll work with FM teams, estates managers, security leads, engineers and procurement across commercial estates, infrastructure, construction and public-sector environments.
