Regional Sales Manager - London | Vape Industry
We're hiring a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in one of the UK's fastest-moving categories. If you know the vape market and bring serious FMCG field-sales firepower - this is your move
Remote role with one day in the London each week. You'll spend 50%+ of your time in the field, coaching Account Managers, building powerful retail relationships, and turning insight into action
What you'll do:
* Lead, recruit & develop a high-performing field team
* Deliver a winning regional sales strategy
* Drive distribution, availability, market share & ROI
* Use data to unlock opportunity and manage risk
* Partner with marketing, commercial & ops to execute flawlessly
What you bring:
Proven field sales leadership along with previous vapes sales experience, strong commercial instinct, confident influencing skills, and the energy to drive change in a competitive London market ⚡
