Looking for graduates to join an AI/SaaS company as a Sales Development Representative.
London Based - Hybrid - £30,000 + £10,000+ OTE (uncapped)
The SDR role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, speaking with potential clients, and booking high‑quality demos for the Sales Consultants. You’ll handle inbound leads as well as generate your own through research and targeted outreach.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and mapping potential clients, identifying key decision‑makers
- Building insight to personalise outreach and engage prospects effectively
- Conducting cold outreach via calls and email
- Understanding prospect needs, motivations and challenges
- Qualifying leads and booking demos/meetings for Sales Consultants
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring a smooth handover
- Collaborating with marketing and sales on outreach tools and materials
- Continuously developing your understanding of the product and new features
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong research skills and experience identifying key decision‑makers
- Excellent communication, organisation, listening and problem‑solving skills
- The role offers £30,000 base + £10,000 OTE (uncapped).
