Reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits and managing a small team, you’ll play a pivotal role across compensation and benefits - partnering closely with the wider People team in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who has already led pay review and bonus cycles and has team management potential or experience.
You’ll also help evolve existing frameworks, contribute post-acquisition harmonisation work, and provide data-led market insight to shape reward decisions.
Key focus:

- Benefits renewals & provider management
- Payroll oversight & reward reporting
- Data analysis & market insight
- Line management of a small C&B team
Strong Excel, commercial judgement and confident stakeholder management are essential.
Ideal for a C&B specialist ready to step into a visible, high-impact role within a dynamic, changing business.
