Primary School Lead PE/Sports Coach

Brackley, Northamptonshire

£27,000 to £30,000 salary (depending on experience and qualifications)

Full-Time / Monday to Friday

They have been awarded a new contract with a school in Brackley are now looking for an experienced and professional Primary School PE and School Sports Coach to join their ever growing team. Supported by the school's Head of Sport, you will be responsible for delivering curriculum PE lessons and running sports clubs for all children at the school, whilst also supporting junior coaches and apprentices with their development journey.

Importantly, the role will be based at the same school Monday to Friday during term-time and may involve some travel throughout the school holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering fun and structured PE lessons to children in primary schools
• Preparing and delivering activities for primary-aged children in line with the company coaching philosophy
• Planning PE sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of individuals and groups of children
• Delivering sports-based activities and supporting multi-activity wraparound and holiday camp sessions

The ideal candidate will need the following:

• NGB Level 2 qualification in any sport
• Extensive experience teaching PE in schools
• A valid safeguarding certificate
• A valid first aid certificate
• A valid Enhanced DBS check
• An inclusive mindset and approach to their work to fit into the company culture

The Head Office is situated in Buckingham and this role will involve occasional travel for events and training.
