Strategic QA Projects Lead (Campus/ Collaborative Provision)

Full Time; 12 months FTC (part time applicants welcome)

Salary: Up to £55k

Hybrid Working

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Higher Education quality professional to join my HEI client as a Strategic QA Projects Lead across their collaborative provision. This is a high-impact, focused on leading and delivering key QA projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering complex QA project plans
• Developing and enhancing QA policies, systems and workflows
• Conducting thematic reviews using qualitative and quantitative data
• Representing Quality Assurance on approval and review events
• Delivering guidance and training to academic and professional services colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in HE quality assurance, particularly collaborative partnerships
• Experience leading complex, institution-level QA projects
• Strong knowledge of external audit and regulatory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• The ability to analyse complex data and present insights clearly
• Confidence to operate at senior levels and escalate appropriately when required
