Role Description

This is a freelance role for a Web Designer / Landing Page Builder looking for project-based work or part time retainer hours.

We’re looking for an experienced landing page designer who understands conversion, psychology, and paid traffic - not just design.

This role is for someone who has:

• Built landing pages specifically for paid ad campaigns

• Worked with scaled lead gen brands

• Understands key landing page fundamentals and can bring ideas to the table

• Can design pages that convert, not just look good

• Can successfully coordinate and execute paid lander projects

This is not a junior role and not a brand-only design position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-converting landing pages for paid ads traffic

• Writing or structuring strong copy that resonates with personas

• Collaborating & co-ordinating the project with team member

• Providing ideas and content requirements to Lemonade team

• Iterating based on performance feedback

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Please do not apply unless you meet all of the following:

• Proven experience designing landing pages for lead gen brands

• Experience working with 7-figure+ lead gen companies

• Strong understanding of Paid traffic intent

• Hands-on experience using platforms like Wordpress, Webflow and custom built sites

• Ability to show real examples / case studies of past work

• Carry out a trial task & send with application

Desirable (not expected)

• Experience building pre-qualification forms with logic (i.e typeform, jotform, custom built etc)

• Able to connect forms to clients CRM

• Backend deployment experience

• Experience working with agencies

• Baseline CRO understanding

• Performance-driven environment
