We are currently looking for a Senior Client Manager to join a true market-leader at the forefront of AI-first SEO and GEO advertising.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Client Success Manager with experience in the eCommerce/Search & SEO space, to step into a highly impactful position with extensive growth opportunity.

Role

• Value-led approach to Client Success, confident working with both Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
• Owning client journey end-end; from onboarding & implementation through to upsell & cross-sell
• Be at the forefront of the AEO/GEO space

Experience Needed

• Experience within Search / SEO, or SaaS and eCommerce
• Highly strategic and confident leading complex, high-value client relationships
• Self-starter who is looking to work in a hyper scaling business
• Strong understanding of how AI is transferring how brands need to be viewed online
