The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to support the delivery of sponsorship-led campaigns, brand partnerships and creative activations across sport, music and wider culture.

You’ll play a central role in managing projects from concept through to execution - working across content, experiential, influencer collaborations and paid amplification.

This is an opportunity that’s about bringing partnerships to life through smart, culturally resonant campaign delivery.

  • Coordinate content production, influencer collaborations and experiential moments
  • Work with internal creative teams to bring campaign ideas into execution
  • Support paid and digital amplification alongside specialist partners
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms and campaign development

Who Are You

  • Experience within a creative environment delivering brand partnerships, activations or sponsorship work for sports or entertainment clients
  • Comfortable working across content, experiential and integrated campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and moving parts
  • Interested in sport, entertainment and fan culture
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment - motivated by ownership, autonomy and the chance to grow alongside the business

Why Join?

  • Work on culturally-led campaigns across sport and entertainment
  • Be part of a growing team shaping how brands show up in fan culture
  • Strong exposure to creative strategy and campaign development
  • Opportunity to develop quickly within an expanding agency
