About the Company



We have two exciting Team Manager opportunities available, one based in Islington and one in Stoke Newington.



About the Role



Ready to lead a team that changes young lives? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a team of Housing Support Workers delivering high-quality supported housing services to young people aged 16–25. One of the services is OFSTED registered, so strong leadership and compliance knowledge are essential. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, ensure regulatory standards are met, and support your team to deliver meaningful outcomes for young people transitioning towards independence.



Responsibilities



  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Housing Support Workers.
  • Overseeing service delivery to ensure high standards of support and compliance.
  • Supporting young people with complex needs, including trauma-informed approaches.
  • Managing performance, supervision, and staff development.
  • Ensuring safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Building strong partnerships with statutory and community organisations.
  • Driving continuous improvement across the service.


Qualifications



  • Strong experience within housing or supported accommodation services.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and trauma.
  • Previous leadership experience (Senior Support Worker or Team Manager level).
  • Confidence managing risk, safeguarding, and support planning.
  • Experience working alongside statutory agencies and multi-agency partners.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • A values-driven leader who promotes dignity, diversity, and inclusion.


Pay range and compensation package



£37,825 per year
