The Role:

This COO will design and run the company’s operating system, ensuring fast, high-quality execution across teams.

• Own delivery velocity and execution frameworks, driving strategic initiatives from idea to launch.
• Reduce founder dependency by introducing clear ownership, decision rights, and delivery governance.
• Partner closely with product and commercial leaders to translate roadmaps into measurable business outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You’re a senior operator with a strong bias for execution and product-led thinking.

• Extensive operations leadership experience within high-growth B2B tech environments.
• Proven experience building delivery systems, governance models, and cross-functional operating systems.
• Highly data-literate, decisive, and comfortable driving change in fast-moving, complex organisations.
