This role is initially remote, but you must be based in the United Kingdom.

This is a warm desk with ongoing demand, where your focus is on filling roles, managing candidate relationships, and delivering high‑quality placements — not cold calling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and filling a pipeline of live education vacancies
• High‑volume sourcing and screening
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
• Developing trusted relationships with candidates & clients
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards
