Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales ideally with a PQE of 2 - 4 years
• Experience providing expert legal advice to claimants and defendants across a broad range of medical negligence matters
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to apply legal advice in a practical business context
