Head Chef | Fine Dining French Cuisine
London | ⏱ Full-time, 48 hrs
£60,000 – £65,000
We’re recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead a fine dining, French-led kitchen in London.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Head Chef with a strong fine dining background and deep understanding of classical French cuisine, confident in running a high-performing brigade and maintaining exceptional standards across every service.
What’s on offer
- £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (DOE)
- 48-hour contract | Full-time, permanent
- Lead a structured, fine dining kitchen with premium produce

What we’re looking for
- Proven Head Chef experience in fine dining (essential)
- Strong background in French cuisine
- Confident leadership and brigade management skills
- Excellent understanding of GP, costing, rotas, and kitchen operations
- Calm, professional approach under pressure
