Mechanical Project Manager | Building Services

£80,000 - £90,000 plus package

We’re supporting a well-established MEP contractor (25+ years in the market) who are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager as part of continued, controlled growth.

The business has just delivered its strongest year to date (c.£20m turnover) and operates an employee-owned (EOT) model, with a progressive culture and clear long-term direction to Contracts Manager.

Role overview:

• Mechanical Project Manager role overseeing a large MEP Project in London
• £5m Residential lead scheme
• Responsible for mechanical delivery, coordination, programme, and client interface
• Working alongside established site teams and senior management
• Split between Essex office and project sites

About you:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (ideally for an MEP Subcontractor)
• Strong background in building services
• Comfortable working alongside electrical teams without needing to be an expert
• Organised, commercially aware, and confident dealing with clients
