We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns for entertainment brands, including film, TV, streaming, live events, and cultural brands. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-impact, audience-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and ticket or subscriber conversion.

This role suits someone who understands both performance marketing and brand storytelling, and who thrives in a fast-paced, culturally driven agency environment.

  • Manage full campaign lifecycles, from briefing and setup to optimisation and reporting

Performance & Optimisation

  • Optimise campaigns in-flight to maximise performance against agreed KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, reach, frequency, conversions)
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple campaigns and release timelines
  • Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights and post-campaign learnings
  • Test formats, creatives, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve results

Creative & Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to brief, feedback, and optimise campaign assets
  • Ensure media plans support creative ideas and amplify storytelling
  • Act as a key paid media contact for clients, contributing to planning sessions, status calls, and performance reviews
  • Support Account Directors with client communications and campaign recommendations

Agency & Growth Contribution

  • Support new business pitches, media planning, and audience research
  • Contribute to paid media best practices, tools, and ways of working
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and entertainment industry trends

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Hands-on experience across paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and paid search; programmatic experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of upper- and mid-funnel media metrics and optimisation approaches
  • Experience managing fast-paced, time-bound campaigns (e.g. Launches, premieres, events)
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance and brand metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
