Senior HR Manager

London | 4 days in office

£70,000+ depending on experience

We’re partnering with a globally creative communications agency within the entertainment space that is entering an exciting phase of growth and evolution. With international teams and a highly collaborative culture, the business is now looking for a Senior HR Manager to build and embed a best-in-class people function while preserving its people-first ethos.


This is a high-impact role with genuine scope to shape the HR agenda across the UK and US.


The opportunity

You’ll act as the central point of contact for all people matters, balancing hands-on operational delivery with longer-term organisational development. Working closely with senior leadership, you will bring structure, consistency and commercial insight to people practices during a period of change and scale.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve core HR operations, ensuring compliant, consistent and scalable processes
  • Partner with leaders to manage complex ER matters and build management capability
  • Design and implement HR policies, frameworks and governance across multiple regions
  • Develop clear job architecture, career pathways and fair, data-led pay structures
  • Oversee inclusive recruitment, onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Drive engagement, culture and talent development initiatives
  • Establish people analytics and insights to inform business decision-making
  • Support succession planning and leadership capability building


About you

  • Proven experience in a senior, operationally focused HR leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and US employment law
  • Track record of building or transforming HR processes in a growing organisation
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to align people strategy to business goals
  • Credible, relationship-led and confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about culture, inclusion and employee experience
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) desirable
