Contact Centre Executive – Manchester
Hybrid Role - Minimum of one day in the Manchester office each week
Full-time | 37.5 hours | Mon–Fri | Rotating shifts between 7am–7pm
£24,000 + KPI driven quarterly bonus

What you’ll do:
- Work within a KPI and regulated environment
- Handle inbound calls, provide information, explain benefit options and entitlements
- Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
- Escalate enquiries to the right departments
- Educate customers on policies and processes
- Maintain accurate case records and meet performance standards
What we’re looking for:
- Contact centre experience (inbound essential)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work to KPIs and handle high call volumes
- Attend Two Weeks of onsite training in Manchester
