Search & Social Manager (Luxury Brands)
London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Search & Social Manager to lead paid search and paid social strategy for a portfolio of luxury clients across fashion, beauty, jewellery, travel, and premium lifestyle brands. You’ll be responsible for delivering refined, insight-led media strategies that balance brand equity with performance outcomes.
This role suits someone who understands the nuance of luxury marketing — where precision, storytelling, and brand experience are just as important as efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Search & Social Strategy (Luxury-Focused)
- Own paid search and paid social strategy across a portfolio of luxury brands
- Develop integrated, full-funnel media strategies that protect brand equity while driving measurable results
- Plan and activate campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and premium publishers
- Align channel strategies to luxury KPIs such as qualified traffic, brand consideration, engagement quality, and high-value conversion
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Oversee day-to-day activation and optimisation across search and social channels
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting with a focus on efficiency and long-term value
- Optimise towards quality signals (e.g. Intent, audience value, creative resonance) rather than volume alone
- Lead testing across audiences, creative formats, messaging, and placements
Creative, Brand & Client Collaboration
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure paid media supports brand storytelling and visual excellence
- Provide thoughtful feedback on creative performance and luxury best practices
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, contributing to planning sessions, reporting, and strategic discussions
- Support Account Directors in delivering best-in-class client service
Agency & Growth Contribution
- Contribute to new business pitches, audits, and strategic proposals for luxury prospects
- Help define best practices for luxury search and social across the agency
- Stay up to date with platform updates, luxury digital trends, and consumer behaviour
Skills & Experience
Required
- 4–6+ years of experience in paid search and paid social, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience working with luxury, premium, or high-end brands
- Strong understanding of full-funnel media planning and luxury brand considerations
- Experience managing significant budgets with attention to detail and brand safety
- Confident communicator with experience presenting insights and recommendations to clients
- Strong analytical skills combined with strong creative judgement
