Senior Account Executive - sports sponsorship/events

MLS Talent is looking for a Senior Account Executive - sports sponsorship/events

Job description

Senior Account Executive

London (Hybrid)

£35,000

Small Agency | Tennis & Football | Sponsorship & Events

We’re working with a boutique sports marketing agency in London that delivers high-impact sponsorship activation across tennis and football.

This is not a big network agency role where you sit in one narrow lane. This is a small, ambitious team where everyone gets stuck in. You’ll be hands-on across sponsorship rights, brand activations, and premium events & hospitality playing a key role in bringing partnerships to life.

If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be for you.

The Role

As Senior Account Executive, you’ll support the delivery of sponsorship and experiential campaigns from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, rights holders, suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time and on budget.

You’ll be:

  • Managing day-to-day account activity across tennis and football partnerships
  • Activating sponsorship rights and maximising value for clients
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of live events and hospitality programmes
  • Coordinating suppliers, managing timelines and overseeing budgets
  • Preparing client-facing documents including proposals, reports and presentations
  • Keeping internal workflows organised and up to date
  • Ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard

Because it’s a small agency environment, you’ll need to be proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership. There’s real opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility quickly.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in sponsorship activation, sports marketing, events or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of rights holders and partnership delivery
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Financially literate – able to manage budgets and supplier negotiations
  • Calm under pressure and naturally proactive
  • An interest in tennis and football is a big plus.

Why Join?

  • Be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team
  • Work across major tennis and football partnerships
  • Real exposure to both sponsorship rights and live events/hospitality
  • Hybrid working (London-based)

If you’re ready to step into a role where you’ll genuinely make an impact and get broad exposure across sports sponsorship, we’d love to hear from you.
