Job Description
Biborg is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to drive our commercial engine. We have the reputation; we need you to provide the scale.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves the thrill of the chase. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing creative and media deals across the entire gaming landscape, from global AAA franchises to breakout mobile titles and ambitious indie projects. Your success is measured by one thing: revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Ambitious pipeline growth: take full ownership of the sales funnel. You will be expected to proactively source, qualify, and convert leads into active clients in our CRM.
- Closing at scale: drive the end-to-end sales process. You’ll be the one negotiating contracts, handling procurement talks, and ensuring we hit ambitious quarterly revenue targets.
- Pitch excellence: collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to ensure every proposal is commercially sharp and perfectly aligned with the publisher / studio’s KPIs (e.g., pre-orders, player retention, or brand awareness).
- Client mapping: deep-dive into the organizational structures of major publishers (Ubisoft, Riot, Activision, etc.) and indie developers to find the decision-makers with the budget.
- Reporting & forecasting: maintain meticulous CRM records (Furious CRM) to provide clear visibility on sales forecasts and conversion rates to the leadership team.
Profile
- The "Hunter" mentality: you thrive on high-velocity outreach and see every 'no' as a step toward the next 'yes'. You are persistent, resilient, and motivated by hitting (and exceeding) numbers.
- 5+ years sales experience: you have a proven track record of selling creative services, digital production, or media within the gaming industry. You know the "buying cycles" of a game launch.
- Gaming fluency: you can talk shop with a Product Manager on a mobile RPG just as easily as a Global Brand Lead for a Console FPS.
- Negotiation skills: you know how to defend agency margins while closing deals that provide massive value to the client.
- Hands-on & autonomous: you are happy to build your own decks, write your own outreach, and manage your own calendar.
- French proficiency is a big plus.
KPIs for success
Revenue: quarterly and annual sales targets.
Outbound activity: volume of qualified meetings booked and RFP’s / concrete business opportunities generated.
Conversion Rate: moving leads from "discovery" to "signed Contract" efficiently.
