With sustainability credentials placing them in the top 5% globally and a reputation for standout campaigns, this is a business that’s going places that needs a driven Business Development Manager to fuel that journey.


The Opportunity:

This is a true new business role perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and converting opportunities.


You’ll be responsible for:

Driving ~5% YoY revenue growth through new client acquisition

Securing 3–6 major new clients annually

Targeting senior stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Events & Comms

Owning the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → pitch → conversion

You won’t be alone, you’ll have tools, data, and support but success is down to your energy, curiosity, and commercial instinct.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively generating and qualifying new business opportunities

Running high-impact discovery meetings and presentations

Building tailored, insight-led proposals with internal teams

Using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & outreach platforms

Managing and mentoring a part-time BD Coordinator

Representing the business at events and trade shows

Keeping a sharp, data-driven pipeline with clear reporting


What We’re Looking For:

You’re not just a salesperson - you’re a strategic relationship builder

Proven track record in new business / business development

Experience selling into corporate clients with longer sales cycles

Confident presenter with strong storytelling ability

Commercially sharp, target-driven, and self-motivated

Comfortable with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and outbound tools

Able to spot real opportunities and walk away from the wrong ones
