We are partnering with a leading independent, London-based agency specialising in FMCG brands, with a particular strength in drinks. The agency delivers bold, insight-led experiential campaigns, brand activations, and large-scale sampling programmes across all channels, from live events and retail to festivals, partnerships, and digital amplification.


Their client portfolio spans established household names and disruptive challenger brands across alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and they are known for delivering measurable impact, creative excellence, and seamless execution.


The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of key FMCG (drinks) accounts, leading the delivery of integrated experiential and sampling campaigns from brief through to post-campaign analysis.


You will be a confident client lead, a strategic thinker, and an exceptional project driver, balancing commercial acumen with creative ambition. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and understands the nuances of drinks marketing, brand experience, and consumer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of major FMCG drinks accounts
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships at senior level
  • Translate client briefs into clear strategic and creative responses
  • Oversee experiential activations across multiple channels (retail, on-trade, off-trade, festivals, pop-ups, partnerships, digital integration)
  • Manage large-scale sampling campaigns and logistics
  • Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Own budgets, forecasting, and financial reconciliation
  • Drive campaign measurement and reporting with clear ROI storytelling
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Mentor and support junior team members


Essential Experience

  • Proven experience within an agency environment
  • Strong background in FMCG marketing, ideally drinks (alcoholic and/or soft drinks)
  • Demonstrable experiential campaign experience
  • Hands-on delivery of sampling campaigns at scale
  • Experience working across multiple channels (live, retail, events, partnerships, digital amplification)
  • Strong budget management and commercial ownership
  • Confident presenter with excellent stakeholder management skills
