Amazon and Marketplace Manager

3Search is looking for a Amazon and Marketplace Manager

Job description

Patrick Murray and 3Search are partnering with a high-growth Amazon agency to appoint an Amazon Marketplace Manager. We're excited to be partnering with this business as they look to build out their team with great people, who can bring their Amazon expertise to the business, as well as being a vital part of building a high performing and fun culture! Knowing the founding team well and considering them as 2 good friends, I can say this is going to be an exciting ride!

Key Facts

  • Location: West London
  • Working Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
  • Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 OTE
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Focus: Full ownership of Amazon Vendor (1P) & Seller (3P) accounts

This is a hands-on, high-accountability role within a fast-moving Amazon growth agency supporting brands across the UK, EU and US marketplaces.

The Opportunity

This is a “get it done” role. I think the "it" is short form for another word.

It is not a traditional account management position centred around meetings and status updates. The Amazon Marketplace Manager will own the day-to-day execution and forward momentum of client accounts across both Vendor and Seller models.

You will ensure that strategy turns into action, priorities are clear, risks are flagged early, and work moves forward across ads, content, catalogue and operations.

The Amazon Marketplace Manager will:

  • Own day-to-day management of 1P and 3P Amazon accounts
  • Set and manage weekly account priorities
  • Manage listings, variations, catalogue structure, cases and overall account health
  • Coordinate pricing, promotions, stock management and retail readiness
  • Support product launches and operational rollouts
  • Work closely with Ads Managers to align retail execution with paid performance strategy
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to optimise PDPs and creative execution
  • Keep clients organised, informed and commercially focused
  • Translate strategy into clear action plans and timelines
  • Identify and escalate risks early (Buy Box loss, stock gaps, listing suppression, conversion blockers)

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Strong Amazon experience across Vendor (1P) and Seller (3P)
  • Deep understanding of the day-to-day operational realities of Amazon account management
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Commercially aware with performance-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator able to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned
  • Comfortable prioritising independently without constant oversight
  • Data-literate and able to interpret performance reports (not required to be the ads specialist, but must understand performance drivers)

Desirable Experience:

  • Brand Registry, A+ Content and catalogue troubleshooting
  • Amazon compliance and case resolution workflows
  • Experience across UK, EU and/or US marketplaces
  • Exposure to FMCG, nutrition, health & beauty, sports or lifestyle brands
  • Agency-side account ownership experience

The Ideal Profile:

  • Ownership mindset — accountable and delivery-focused
  • Solutions-driven rather than reactive
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Commercial thinker who understands how retail operations drive revenue

About the Agency

This Amazon growth agency supports brands in launching, scaling and repairing performance across UK, EU and US marketplaces. The culture is direct, results-oriented and performance-led.

You will join a collaborative but high-expectation environment where ownership, quality and execution are valued above process for process’ sake.

If you are an Amazon operator who thrives on turning plans into results and keeping momentum across complex accounts — this role offers real responsibility and impact.

Apply now to take ownership of high-growth Amazon brands.
