Join Orri, the UK’s leading provider of specialist day treatment for eating disorders, and be part of a forward-thinking, recovery-focused service rated 'Outstanding' in all five areas by the CQC.

About Orri

Orri is transforming the way eating disorders are treated in the UK. Founded in 2018, we provide intensive day treatment for individuals aged 16+, offering an evidence-based alternative to inpatient hospitalisation and enabling earlier intervention — because we know early support leads to better outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with eating disorders and committed to delivering compassionate care.

You will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A genuine interest in occupational therapy and mental health recovery
  • Understanding of eating disorders or experience supporting individuals with eating disorders (desirable)

Why Join Orri?

  • CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ service
  • Monday – Friday working pattern
  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) + Christmas closure
  • Enhanced family leave package
  • Strong CPD and professional development support
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Contributory pension scheme
