Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our clients’ business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic communication, and relationship building.

Duties

• Conduct targeted outbound calling to decision makers across a variety of sectors
• Engage with prospects and uncover sales opportunities through effective questioning and MEDDIC based qualification
• Capture key information and update records and call back dates into CRM
• Collaborate with clients on a regular basis to ensure we are meeting expectations and KPI's
• Utilise our outreach AI tools to maximise targeted connections , support relevant conversations and generate messaging
• Send and manage email communications and calendars

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales - Specifically over the phone
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to convert conversations into meetings
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Commercial awareness and previous experience within a B2B setting
• Ability to work independently towards sales targets and KPI's
• Strong understanding of quality over quantity and the ability to qualify prospects at high level.
