Senior Account Manager

Job description

A boutique creative healthcare communications agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team, working across a range of consumer health and OTC brands.

This role would suit someone who already feels confident running accounts and supporting junior team members, but is looking for the opportunity and visibility to progress into an Account Director role.

The agency is knowns for delivering thoughtful, creative work and has built a genuinely collaborative culture where people are trusted with responsibility and encouraged to contribute ideas.

The role

You will play a central role across OTC/consumer health brands, helping guide projects from early concept through to delivery while building strong relationships with clients.

Alongside managing the day-to-day running of accounts, you will also work closely with senior leadership and support the development of more junior team members, helping ensure projects run smoothly across the wider team.

• Experience within a creative healthcare communications or healthcare marketing agency
• Strong account management experience and confidence working with clients
• Someone who knows how to guide and challenge clients constructively, ensuring creative thinking leads the direction of projects
• An interest/experience in consumer health/OTC brands
• Someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
• A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of projects
