We’re hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to manage ~100 schools across the Southeast.

✨ Fully remote | High autonomy | Established portfolio

Ideally based in Sussex / Kent / Surrey / Hampshire

You’ll:

• Build long-term relationships with Heads, Governors & Business Managers

• Balance site visits, Teams calls & admin days

• Drive retention and deliver outstanding service

✅ You’ll need:

• 1+ year in Account Management

• Confidence managing a large portfolio independently

• Strong presentation skills

• Full UK driving licence

Package:

£35K + £5K car allowance, laptop & phone, 25% discount, 20 days holiday + BH, enhanced parental leave
