International Sales Manager | Global Leader in Packaging Technology

Greater Manchester (Hybrid / Flexible)

£50,000 – £65,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + Car + Corporate Package

We are exclusively representing a global powerhouse in the packaging technology sector. Known for their cutting-edge engineering and family-run values, this organization is looking for a high-performing International Sales Manager to take full ownership of a sophisticated technical product portfolio.

This is a role for a consultative salesperson who thrives on complexity, global travel, and long-term relationship building.


The Opportunity

Working out of a state-of-the-art facility in Greater Manchester with a modern hybrid setup, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value, bespoke engineered solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry and technical specification through to final shipment.
  • Global Business Development: Identify and capture new market opportunities across an international territory.
  • Consultative Partnership: Work closely with internal engineering and commercial teams to deliver tailored, high-margin solutions to global clients.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the business at international seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.


Who We Are Looking For

This role requires a blend of commercial "hunter" instinct and technical "consultant" patience.

  • The Track Record: Proven experience in international sales, specifically within Capital Equipment or Bespoke/Engineered-to-Order environments.
  • The Skillset: You are an expert at managing complex, high-value sales cycles and negotiating across diverse cultural landscapes.
  • The Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable with regular international travel.
  • The "Edge": An engineering background or technical degree is highly desirable, as are additional language skills.
