About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Account Manager to manage and optimise paid social and video campaigns for our global e-commerce clients. You will oversee performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driving growth through a combination of audience strategy, creative insights, and data-led optimisation.
As the primary client contact, you will provide clear performance reporting, strategic recommendations, and ensure campaign goals for scale, efficiency, and return on ad spend are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in translating performance data into actionable insights, working closely with clients and internal teams to test new formats, refine targeting strategies, and maximise the impact of video and social-first creative.
This role requires a proactive, analytical individual who is comfortable navigating fast-moving paid social platforms, solving complex performance challenges, and building strong client relationships while collaborating with a high-performing team.
Role Requirements:
Essential
- A 3-year degree from an internationally recognized university, or international equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience planning, building, managing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other emerging social channels.
- Experience running video campaigns across social platforms and YouTube, with an understanding of how different formats (e.g., in-feed, Reels, Shorts, CTV, skippable/non-skippable) contribute to campaign objectives.
- Hands-on platform experience within major paid media tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (including YouTube).
- Strong understanding of audience strategy, campaign structure, bidding approaches, and measurement frameworks across paid social and video channels.
- Experience translating performance data into clear insights and optimisation strategies to drive improvements in scale, efficiency, and return on ad spend.
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles and confident in presenting campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance drivers, next steps, and complex platform concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-channel teams during campaign planning, with the ability to advocate for paid social and video while recognising when other channels may better meet client objectives.
- Familiarity with incrementality studies, brand lift studies, and other measurement frameworks, and an understanding of how their results can influence broader media strategy.
Desirable
- Experience in the beauty and/or skincare industries.
- Experience with Amazon DSP and AMC.
- Experience with DSPs other than DV360 (eg, tradedesk)
- Experience in working with measurement platforms
- Experience running performance-driven TikTok campaigns, including familiarity with commerce-focused solutions such as TikTok Shop or GMV optimisation strategies.
- Experience with other streaming TV platforms; eg. Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Prime, etc.
