Mechanical Project Manager
Building Services | Commercial & Retail Projects
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and growing building services contractor. Due to an increasing workload, the business is looking to strengthen its delivery team with an experienced professional who can support the successful delivery of mechanical projects across the commercial and retail sectors.
Working as part of an experienced and supportive team, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects from initial enquiry through to completion and final account, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical projects
- Manage and monitor site teams to ensure projects progress in line with programme and quality standards
- Produce scopes of work from client briefs, specifications, and drawings
- Work alongside design teams to plan project phasing and delivery programmes
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value and compliance
- Attend site during key stages of delivery to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Participate in project and design meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out site surveys to support project planning and delivery
- Monitor project KPIs and contribute to project reporting
- Ensure all activities are delivered in full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within mechanical project management or site supervision within the building services sector.
You will also demonstrate:
- A strong understanding of mechanical installations within commercial environments
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
