Marketing & Sales Executive (Head Office – Harefield, UB9 6EJ)

£34,000–£38,000 DOE

Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.00pm | Occasional travel to nurseries

Hungry Caterpillars is looking for a confident, capable Marketing & Sales Executive to join our small, friendly Head Office team in Harefield.

This is a hands-on role combining parent enquiries and follow-up (sales journey) with social media, marketing campaigns, content creation and communications. You’ll work closely with the Directors, Operations Manager, Recruitment Co-ordinator and Nursery Managers to help grow occupancy and strengthen our brand.

What you’ll be doing

• Contacting new parent enquiries, booking show rounds and following up leads
• Supporting nurseries with the enquiry-to-enrolment process
• Producing monthly reports on enquiries, sign-ups and occupancy
• Building and delivering social media content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok and LinkedIn
• Running campaigns to support occupancy and occasional targeted recruitment marketing
• Updating the website and posting monthly blogs (with external support for SEO/design)
• Creating marketing materials (e.g. Flyers/prospectus content)
• Managing online reviews and organising occasional events

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a similar role and/or a degree in Marketing/Sales (or similar)
• Confident communicator (especially on the phone)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Creative flair — comfortable with hands-on design/content (e.g. Canva)
• Strong digital skills (MS Office, social platforms, Zoom/Teams)

Desirable: Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, campaign experience, driver/vehicle.
