Job description
Psych Health - United Kingdom (Various Locations)
Psychologists, CBT Therapists & Counsellors – UK wide opportunities to join our clinical network to provide face-to-face sessional work
Have you been practicing for at least 2 years post qualification?
Are you one of the following:
- A HCPC registered Clinical and/or Counselling Psychologist?
- A CBT Therapist accredited with the BABCP?
- A Counsellor accredited with the BACP, UKCP, or holding a professional accreditation status with the NCPS?
Are you looking to balance your current private practice/work commitments with sessional work with a leading UK provider of mental health services?
Do you want to be part of a network of sessional network clinicians to create the highest quality and most innovative mental health service in the UK?
At Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, we are looking to increase our network of mental health clinicians who can provide face-to-face sessions for our talking therapy services. We are keen to hear from HCPC registered Clinical and/or Counselling Psychologists, BABCP accredited CBT Therapists and Counsellors who are accredited with the BACP, UKCP, or holding the NCPS Professional Accreditation Status.
Working as a sessional network clinician for Psych Health would enable you to offer sessions to Psych Health patients in a way that fits around your current availability, existing work schedule and other commitments.
Who are we?
Psych Health is a leading independent provider of psychological services to the workplace sector. Established in 2008, and still proud to be a clinically led organisation, we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of everything we do. Working across a varied and expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, we provide high quality mental health assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.
At Psych Health, we believe that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting our clinicians to do what they do best – and this extends to our network. Our innovative mental health service aims to enrich the lives of both our patients and our clinicians. Simply put, we are passionate about helping people get better, stay better and live better.
What is the role?
Due to recent demand, we are looking for clinicians who are able to offer face-to-face sessions, and we are seeking clinicians nationwide. Working during your chosen hours, you will conduct mental health assessments and treatment.
Sessional network clinicians have access to support from the Psych Health Senior Clinical Team who are available to advise if any clinical issues with one of our patients arise.
By joining our clinical network, you’ll get the autonomy and freedom to work from your clinic location, your home, or your office whilst delivering the best care for our patients. With competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work with an engaged client base, we will be able to offer you sessional work with a varied and interesting caseload once you complete our onboarding process.
In line with our belief that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting clinicians to do what they do best, Psych Health network clinicians have access to free of charge CPD to support with your further growth and development.

- HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
