Occupational Therapist – Palliative Care - 3 days a week

Kent £39,959 – £48,117 (pro rata)

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering complex, person-centred assessments
• Supporting independence through tailored interventions
• Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Managing challenging and sensitive situations with empathy
• Contributing to discharge planning and patient flow

✅ What we’re looking for

✔ HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

✔ At least 2 years post-qualified experience

✔ Ideally some exposure to palliative, community or complex care

✔ Confident working within MDT environments

✔ A compassionate, resilient and patient-centred approach
