About the Service
8‑bed Residential Service
This service is a lively, happy and truly heart‑warming place to work. The people we support have a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy and mental health needs.

Your role as Registered Service Manager
As Registered Manager, you’ll lead the service with warmth, confidence and compassion — ensuring high‑quality, safe and empowering support.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a skilled staff team
- Overseeing day‑to‑day running of the service
- Creating and reviewing person‑centred support plans
- Completing care needs assessments, supervisions and appraisals
- Medication competency checks and audits
- Quarterly audits and reports
- Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and local authorities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual and internal requirements
You’ll play a huge part in encouraging positive outcomes, building independence and helping the people we support live happy, meaningful lives.
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Have experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
- Are confident in behaviour support
- Bring energy, positivity and a people‑first approach
- Want to lead a service with a strong, stable team and incredible residents
