I'm Jake, Founder of Views To Clients, and we're one of the largest YouTube growth agencies in the world for experts and businesses. Not entertainment YouTube. We grow channels for companies like Instantly AI (0 to 70k subs, $1M+ ARR added), Glencoco (270,000 views on their first video, $45k in deals within 30 days), and Sam Piliero (30 views per video to $300k/month from YouTube, now the #1 Facebook Ads channel on the platform).

We're at $200k/month and growing. We invest $100,000+/month into our YouTube systems. I currently own the strategy side of the business. I need someone to lead that side of what we do so I can focus on scaling the company. This is the single highest-leverage hire I'm making.

What you'd own:

You're in charge of results. Full stop. You own the strategy layer across every client channel — ideation, research direction, video strategy, client feedback, performance analysis.

Some key KPIs and outcomes you own/drive: median views per video, cash collected per video, leads generated per client. Not vanity metrics. Actual business results.

You'd have a team underneath you — junior strategists, researchers, whatever support you need. We'll build out whatever resources are required for you to do your best work. You're not being hired to be a cog. You're being hired to be the best YouTube strategist you can possible be.

What this looks like day-to-day:

• Leading strategy across all client channels
• Lead ideation — decide what videos get made and why
• Direct the research team and junior strategists so you have leverage as a strategist and time is used best
• Give clients direct feedback on their content and how to improve
• Analyse performance data and adjust strategy based on what's working
• Build and manage a team of junior strategists as we scale
• Work directly with me on high-level strategy and growth

Who this is for:

You are a world-class YouTube strategist and you have the receipts to prove it. You've grown channels in educational, B2B, or expert niches — not just entertainment, gaming or lifestyle vlogging. You understand what makes a sophisticated audience click, watch, and convert.

You don't just "know YouTube." You're abssultely OBSESSED with it and getting results for client channels. You study what's working, you spot patterns before everyone else, and you can walk into any niche and build a strategy that wins.

Specifically:

• Proven track record growing YouTube channels in educational/expert/B2B niches
• Deep understanding of ideation, packaging (titles + thumbnails), and content structure
• Data-driven — you make decisions based on research, not gut feel
• You can point to specific channels and say "I did that"
• Proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Obsessed with results, not just process

Compensation:

$10,000–$30,000/month depending on experience and what you bring to the table. This is a remote, full-time role. Additional upside is on the table for the right person.

I'll be direct: the top of that range is for someone who is genuinely one of the best YouTube strategists alive and can prove it. If that's you, I'll pay for it without hesitation. If you're excellent but still building towards that level, anywhere in the range still makes this one of the best-compensated strategy roles in the YouTube space.
