Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Annual Bonus + Elite Benefits

  • People Leadership: You’ve already cut your teeth on people management. You know how to mentor, delegate, and get the best out of a team.
  • The Negotiator: You can point to specific moments where you’ve navigated "the difficult conversation"—whether it’s defending a budget, managing a scope-creep, or resolving a high-stakes client conflict with diplomacy.

  • Commercial Mastery: Take full accountability for project profitability and revenue growth within your accounts.
  • Team Mentorship: Act as a bridge between the vision and the delivery, managing junior staff and cross-functional teams with clarity and empathy.
  • High-Stakes Delivery: Oversee the design and execution of complex live and digital events, ensuring KPIs are met with surgical precision.
