Clinical Training Manager

UK & Ireland (Field-Based)

We are partnering with a well-established and innovative organisation within the hearing healthcare sector to recruit a Clinical Training Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business that develops and delivers advanced hearing solutions across both clinical and commercial environments.


The Role

As a Clinical Training Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging clinical training across the UK & Ireland. You’ll support both NHS and private sector customers, as well as internal teams, helping to drive product adoption, enhance clinical knowledge, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

This is a highly visible, field-based role with significant travel (60–70%), ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering impactful training.


Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Deliver engaging training on hearing aid technology, fitting software, connectivity, and audiology best practices
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and presentations at customer sites, conferences, and internal sessions
  • Support onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth adoption of products and solutions
  • Deliver training across multiple formats: in-person, virtual, and hands-on sessions

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to identify training needs across NHS and private sectors
  • Develop structured training plans to support customer growth and technical capability
  • Align training initiatives with product launches and market priorities

Clinical & Technical Expertise

  • Provide expert clinical and technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support complex audiology cases and offer best-practice guidance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and innovations

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, professional bodies, and clinical stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and educational forums
  • Contribute to thought leadership and clinical discussions where appropriate

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development and training improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across clinical and commercial teams


About You

  • Degree in Audiology (or equivalent clinical qualification)
  • Strong experience in hearing aid technology, fitting, and clinical best practice
  • Proven experience delivering training, workshops, or education within hearing healthcare
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (60–70%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
