Paid Media Manager
Hybrid – Central London (a few days in the office, a few days in your comfy chair)
Salary: £45,000

The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who loves data, thrives on optimisation, and gets a little thrill when a campaign CPA drops.
You’ll own and optimise campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social, turning budgets into results and insights into smarter strategies.
If you enjoy testing, tweaking, scaling and occasionally arguing with Google’s algorithm, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of strategy, optimisation and experimentation:
- Planning, launching and managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Running Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Optimising campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA and performance
- Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and creative testing
- Analysing performance data and turning it into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Running A/B tests (ads, audiences, landing pages – if it can be tested, we probably will)
- Managing and allocating campaign budgets
- Producing reports that make sense to both marketers and non-marketers
- Collaborating with creative, content and analytics teams to make campaigns even better
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for perfection — but we are looking for someone who knows their way around paid media.
Ideally you’ll have:
- 2–4 years experience running Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns
- Strong experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (LinkedIn or TikTok is a bonus)
- Solid understanding of campaign optimisation and performance analysis
- Confidence working with budgets, data and reporting
- A curious mindset — someone who likes testing things just to see what happens
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- Feed-based campaigns or eCommerce
- Experimentation frameworks
