For our client, a well-established childcare and early years education provider in the United Kingdom, we are looking for experienced Nursery Manager

Location: United Kingdom (multiple Locations) - On-site

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and early years education
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and learning
• Drive continuous quality improvement in educational programs and operational processes
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards
• Manage nursery budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
• Monitor children’s development and ensure early learning frameworks are implemented effectively
• Support staff training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, policies, and operational documentation

Your Qualifications

• NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage resources effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload efficiently
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and early years education
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
