Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK (Remote)


£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits & Commission


A well-established & fast-growing CMS digital agency is expanding its UK sales team and hiring a Strategic SDR to support pipeline growth across DXP and AI-driven digital optimisation solutions.


This is a high-impact, where you’ll work closely with senior sales leadership to generate and qualify opportunities for complex digital transformation projects. Your focus is on quality pipeline creation & qualifying leads.


Location:

  • Fully remote (UK-based only)
  • Must be available during UK business hours
  • Occasional travel (UK & international)


What You’ll Do:

  • Run introduction calls (phone/video) with inbound and outbound prospects
  • Qualify opportunities (budget, need, timeline, stakeholders)
  • Engage senior decision-makers (Digital, E-commerce, Marketing leaders)
  • Execute ABM and outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Use tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting
  • Handoff qualified opportunities to the UK Sales Director


What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 2–4 years in SDR, B2B sales, or business development
  • Strong call handling and discovery skills
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Self-starter who can work remotely and manage their own pipeline
  • UK-based with the right to work


Desirable:

  • Experience in digital, SaaS, or tech services
  • Familiarity with DXP, CMS, or e-commerce
  • Experience selling CMS (Content Management System) solutions
  • Exposure to ABM or outbound prospecting tools
  • Understanding of AI/personalisation in digital
