£65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits

Southwest England (4 days onsite / 1 day WFH)

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, operational role responsible for running the day-to-day learning and reporting systems across a major project site.

You will ensure that all incidents, observations, and learning are captured, reviewed, and translated into actionable improvements, supporting both compliance and operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the incident and observation reporting system (e.g. Insight)
• Lead screening meetings to review and assess reported events.
• Ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed effectively.
• Analyse data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Produce reports, KPIs, and meeting packs.
• Support and manage a team of coordinators.
• Deliver training and guidance on reporting processes.
• Engage with stakeholders across engineering, HSE, and project teams.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• HSE / Engineering / Construction / Infrastructure

Experience with:

• Incident reporting systems
• Data analysis, KPIs, and reporting
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, site-based environment
• Supervisor or team leadership experience

Desirable:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Experience within a regulated industry (nuclear, rail, oil & gas, defence)
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and investigation processes

• It is a hands-on role focused on incident reporting, data, and continuous improvement processes.
