Job description

Senior Account Executive – Guest Experience

6 month contract

Must be immediately available

The Role

We’re a fast-growing sports marketing agency working with ambitious challenger brands to accelerate growth through sport and entertainment. Since launching in 2020, we’ve quickly established ourselves as a key player in the sponsorship and sports marketing space, delivering impactful work for leading brands and governing bodies.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role across one of our key clients while supporting a broader portfolio. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end guest experience across multiple venues, overseeing ticketing operations, hospitality flows, CRM systems, and real-time event delivery.

This is a hands-on role that blends operations, client management, and guest experience — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making complex experiences feel seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

Guest Experience & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of event and guest management systems (including event setup, hospitality packages, and guest data)
  • Oversee ticketing flows, access management, and guest communications
  • Deliver timely and accurate pre-event communications
  • Handle guest bookings and enquiries with a high standard of service
  • Produce event documentation and materials for on-site teams
  • Work closely with venue teams and partners to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Lead post-event reporting and resolve any issues or discrepancies

CRM & Systems

  • Create and manage customer-facing communications within CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Maintain inboxes (internal and external), ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Support data management, reporting, and process improvement across systems

Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, rights holders, and partners
  • Deliver clear, professional, and proactive client communications
  • Support reporting, note-taking, and action tracking across accounts
  • Consistently meet (and exceed) deadlines and expectations

Agency Contribution

  • Support internal initiatives and team culture
  • Stay informed on industry trends, sponsorship, and brand activity
  • Act as a brand guardian for your clients, sharing relevant insights
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

About You

  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
  • Experience in guest experience, hospitality, ticketing, or live events
  • Strong understanding of ticketing systems, access flows, and guest journeys
  • Confident working with clients and external stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; guest management tools a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve processes and experiences
  • Passionate about sport, entertainment, and delivering exceptional experiences
