Senior Account Manager - £45k-£50k - London/Hybrid (3 days in) - Events/Integrated Branding
Profiles Creative are hiring exclusively for an experienced Senior Account Manager for an integrated branding agency that deliver a lot of events work. On the back of placing an Account Manager in the team very recently, we're looking for an energetic SAM that can hit the ground running with events, so ideally you'll have an experiential agency background. You'll spearhead client projects in events, end to end, whilst supporting on more integrated projects and developing your skills in this area. There are strong prospects for progressive opportunity in this role, should you feel you're ready to step into the Junior AD/Account Director level. The culture and leadership in this agency is impressive, working closely with their MD in a small collaborative team environment.
The Role
- Lead the planning and delivery of targeted, cost-effective marketing campaigns
- Manage end-to-end event execution across the UK and internationally
- Develop, write, and present high-quality client proposals, maintaining strong senior-level client relationships
- Source, negotiate, and manage external suppliers to ensure best-in-class delivery
- Oversee key areas of client accounts, including gathering and actioning feedback
- Drive innovation by pitching fresh, creative ideas internally and to clients
- Take ownership of budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and regular status updates
- Brief and collaborate with creative teams, with a solid understanding of the design process
- Provide proactive leadership, motivating teams to deliver exceptional results
- Use your expertise to guide clients, colleagues, and the agency toward the most effective outcomes
The Candidate

- Skilled in writing and delivering polished, compelling proposals
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- A collaborative yet authoritative presence within a fast-paced team environment
- Brimming with creative ideas and the ability to bring them to life
This role would suit a SAM with at least 2 years + experience at this level, particularly within events. You'll want more responsibility working in a small, collaborative team delivering mighty work with major brands, bringing your events experience to lead on projects.
