Surge Lab is a UK-based web design agency building fast, coded websites for small businesses no WordPress, no templates, no monthly fees. Our clients get a site they own outright that outperforms their competitors on Google. We're looking for a self-driven closer to join us remotely.
What you'll be doing
Your only job is to get business owners on the phone and close them on a website. You prospect, you pitch, you close , Then you move on. We handle everything after the sale.
Work from your laptop. From home, a café in Lisbon, a co-working space in Bali , wherever you perform best. No office. No micromanagement. No ceiling.

- You've sold to business owners before and you're good at it

Your cut (40% of every close):
Six Storm deals a month = £6,000. That's not a projection . That's the maths , if you close 15 a month that's £15000 there is no cap
How you'll prospect
We give you a repeatable edge before you make a single call:
Run any business's site through Google PageSpeed Insights — a score under 70 is your conversation starter. Use the Wappalyzer extension to see if they're on WordPress or a template builder — and you already know their pain points before you've said a word.
You're not cold calling blind. You're calling with a reason.
