Remote Charity Fundraiser / TelesalesJoin Apply4U as a Remote Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor. Work from home, handling outbound call and fundraising enquiries for a Bristol‐based charity.
Recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience.
Own laptop/computer and a USB headset with microphone.
Broadband with upload ≥ 8 Mbps and download ≥ 25 Mbps.
Good phone communication skills and inputting data into a computer.
Passion for charity and ability to meet weekly targets.
Work Hours8‐hour day (7 paid) Monday‐Friday 12:00‐20:00, with optional Saturday 10:30‐18:30. Saturday work earns a week‐off.
Pay & TargetsStarting rate £12.35 ph. Consistent target achievement may rise to £12.70 ph and then £13.05 ph. During training pay £12.21 ph. Base rate increases by £0.25 ph for each 15 sign‐ups per week achieved. Each sign‐up beyond the minimum is paid £17.50.
Target 15 sign‐ups per week.
Payment £2 ph extra when target reached.
Training & InterviewsTelephone interview with role‐play script. Weekly remote Zoom training; first 14 hours paid after 120 hour service completed.
