About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in the menswear section. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in menswear and luxury retail, with excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalised styling and product advice.
Maintain excellent knowledge of the menswear collection and ensure the shop floor is always well-presented.
Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing stock.
Achieve personal and team sales targets through confident client engagement.
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
About You
Previous retail experience, ideally in menswear or premium fashion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
A team player with a proactive attitude.
Passionate about menswear and styling.
