What You'll Be DoingAs a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering warm, professional, and personalised service to every customer in a luxury retail environment

Maintaining the shop floor to the highest standards-clean, tidy, and covered at all times

Ensuring luxury stock is beautifully presented and replenished daily

Gaining deep product knowledge and assisting customers with thoughtful aftercare

Supporting your team in upholding the values of a proud heritage brand

What We're Looking ForTo succeed as a Sales Assistant, you will bring:

Previous experience in luxury retail, or a strong interest in classic womenswear and a desire to grow within a heritage setting

A polished, friendly, and professional approach to customer interaction

A strong eye for detail and pride in store presentation

Full-time flexibility, including some weekend availabilityPlease note: we are not seeking candidates with client books
