You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis is a purpose-built home that works closely with residents to provide high-quality nursing and residential careTo be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social CareKey Duties You will be tasked with managing the care team within the HomeEnsuring that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residentsPromote and deliver high standards of care and superviseInstruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the HomePreferred Skills Excellent communication and written skillsPrevious experience working within an elderly care settingSelf-motivated, resilient and well‐organisedTeam player but able to work on your own initiativeDependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the HomePrevious supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderlyThe successful Senior Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £14.00 per hour and the annual salary of £24,024 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 33 hours a week on night shifts only.
