BXR City & Sweat by BXR City Location: 22 Bishopsgate, London

Role OverviewBXR City is looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Executive to support the growth of BXR City and Sweat by BXR City at 22 Bishopsgate.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent marketing graduate with an interest in fitness and wellness and some experience in customer-facing or sales support roles. The position is split 50% sales support and 50% local marketing , working closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesLocal Marketing & Awareness

Support on-site activations and local marketing campaigns

Build awareness with nearby offices, retailers, and hospitality venues

Assist with local partnerships and collaborations

Support the sales team with enquiries, leads, and follow-ups

Manage and re-engage existing and lapsed leads

Deliver excellent customer service to prospective and current members

Maintain accurate records using the CRM (training provided)

Assist with sales campaigns and promotions

Events & Activations

Support member events, partner activations, and open days

Assist with event logistics, communications, and delivery

Skills & ExperienceDegree in Marketing or a related field

Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident, professional, and approachable

Interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands

Marketing or sales internship experience

Event or campaign support experience

Familiarity with CRM systems

Knowledge of the City of London or corporate environments
